“This is an important achievement for the Xdivane programme and a testament to the commitment of the patients, investigators, clinical trial sites and the entire Xbrane team,” CEO Martin Åmark said in a statement.
The milestone concerns Xdivane, a biosimilar candidate to Bristol Myers Squibb’s cancer drug Opdivo (nivolumab), being developed in partnership with India’s Intas Pharmaceuticals. The Indian company is responsible for clinical development and, through its subsidiary Accord Healthcare, global commercialisation.
